Dubai financial free zone permits real estate trust funds (Gowealthy)
Dubai International Financial Centre, the premier financial free zone in Dubai has given the go-ahead to real estate investment trusts that use pooled investors’ funds to acquire and purchase property within its precincts. The zone’s regulator issued a statement to this effect on Aug 13, 2006.
