Clarkson Valley decreases real estate tax (Chesterfield Journal)
The Clarkson Valley Board of Aldermen Aug. 7 approved the city’s 2007 real estate tax rates. The rate for residential real estate will be 10.3 cents per 100 assessed valuation, down from 12.9 cents in 2006.
